28 killed in horrific clashes in Mexican jails.

At least 28 prisoners were killed in a major clash in a prison in Mexico's Acapulco resort on Thursday.

Acapulco is the largest city in the state of Guerrero. The worst crime happened in the state. The law and order situation is very bad there. The concerns of US officials around the region are highest.

There were incidents of a riot in jail during the visit of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary John Kelly Guerrero.

Guerrero State Security Officer Roberto Alvarez said the security forces had tied up with prisoners in prison.

Earlier in the last year, 49 people were killed in clashes between two sides in a prison in the northern commercial city of Monterey.
