Police arrested Sohail Mahfuz and his three associates, Chapainawabganj, one of the planning planners in Holi Artisan Bakery. The remaining three are Sohel Mahfouz, Hafeez, Jewel, and Jamal.
They were arrested from Pushkarni area of Chowdala area under the Mobarakpur Union under Shibganj upazila of the district on Friday. Meanwhile, police left for Sohel Mahfuz to take him to Dhaka around 6 am on Saturday.
The remaining three are in police custody. Today, the district police will hold a press conference on Wednesday. Chapainawabganj Police Superintendent MM Mozahidul Islam told Manabjamin, "Everyone arrested is a new-JMB member. They were constantly changing the place to meet. Police arrested them last night when they gathered in Shibganj area.
